Should you buy fiber supplements and vitamins to take the place of the nutrients and benefits you could receive from eating foods with whole grains? Well of course it doesn’t.

Don’t take in so much salt. Most junk foods, like fast foods, are high in salt. If you reduce the amount of salt you eat, you’ll notice foods with salt even more. Therefore, unhealthy foods won’t taste as good to you. Your cravings are sure to decrease.
